Pick-up from Hurghada: Your day begins with a comfortable, air-conditioned drive through Egypt’s eastern desert. We’ll travel towards Luxor, with short rest stops along the way.
Arrival in Luxor: We’ll cross into the lush Nile Valley and begin exploring the west bank. First, we’ll visit one of the most majestic royal burial grounds. As we enter the tombs, you’ll witness vibrant wall paintings that have survived thousands of years, telling vivid tales of gods, kings, and the journey to the afterlife.
Visit to a famous mortuary temple: Here, we’ll explore terraces carved into limestone cliffs, dedicated to one of Egypt’s most powerful female rulers. The setting is awe-inspiring, framed by desert cliffs and ancient mystery.
Colossal statues stop: A brief pause to admire two towering stone guardians that have stood for over 3,000 years, quietly watching over the Theban landscape.
Lunch break: Enjoy a freshly prepared lunch at a local restaurant, offering a taste of traditional Egyptian cuisine.
East Bank exploration: We’ll cross the Nile to visit Karnak Temple, a grand temple complex—an overwhelming place of endless columns, sacred chambers, and silent grandeur. Afterwards, we’ll stop at a second nearby temple glowing with late afternoon sunlight.
