Day 1 Arrival in Cairo

Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, our English-speaking representative will greet you and assist with all formalities, including visa support and baggage claim. You’ll then be transferred to your hotel in Cairo for check-in and a relaxing overnight stay.

Day 2 Giza Pyramids, Sphinx, Sakkara & Memphis

After breakfast at your hotel, meet your Egyptologist guide and begin your adventure at the Pyramids of Giza. Marvel at the grandeur of the three great pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure, and stand in awe before the Sphinx, the guardian statue with a lion’s body and human face.

Enjoy a traditional Egyptian lunch at a local restaurant before heading to the Step Pyramid of Djoser in Sakkara. Designed by the architect Imhotep, this pyramid represents a breakthrough in stone architecture. Continue to Memphis, Egypt’s first capital, to explore its Open-Air Museum and the colossal statue of Ramses II.

Return to your hotel in Cairo for the overnight.

Day 3 Egyptian Museum, Citadel & Khan El-Khalili

Following breakfast, your guide will meet you for a day in the heart of Cairo. Begin with a visit to the Egyptian Museum, home to thousands of artifacts from ancient Egypt, including the treasures of King Tutankhamun.

After lunch at a local restaurant, explore the historic Citadel of Salah El-Din, perched on a hill overlooking Cairo, and housing the impressive Mosque of Muhammad Ali. Conclude your day at the bustling Khan El-Khalili bazaar, where you can shop for spices, jewelry, and local crafts.

Return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Cairo.

Day 4 Cairo to Luxor – East & West Bank Exploration

Check out of your hotel after breakfast. You’ll be transferred to Cairo Airport for a short flight to Luxor. Upon arrival, visit Luxor’s West Bank, starting with the Valley of the Kings, where you'll enter several royal tombs, including the famed tomb of King Tutankhamun.

Continue to the Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir El-Bahari, a stunning structure carved into a mountain cliff, then stop at the Colossi of Memnon—two massive stone statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III.

Enjoy lunch before crossing to the East Bank to explore the grand Karnak Temple Complex, the largest temple in Egypt, dedicated to the god Amun. Conclude your day at the beautiful Luxor Temple, located in the heart of the ancient city.

Day 5 Day Tour to Abydos and Dendera Temples

After breakfast, depart with your guide for a full-day trip to Abydos. Explore the Temple of Seti I, known for its vivid carvings, Pharaoh's List, and chapels dedicated to the major deities of ancient Egypt. Visit the Osireion, believed to symbolize the tomb of Osiris.

Continue to Dendera to discover the Temple of Hathor, one of Egypt’s best-preserved temples. Admire the zodiac ceiling, richly colored reliefs, underground crypts, and scenes of Cleopatra VII and Caesarion.

Return to your hotel in Luxor for the overnight.

Day 6 Luxor to Aswan – Edfu and Kom Ombo Temples

Check out after breakfast and begin your road journey to Aswan. En route, visit the Temple of Edfu, a Ptolemaic masterpiece dedicated to Horus, the falcon-headed god. Learn the myth of Horus avenging his father Osiris.

Continue south to Kom Ombo to explore the unusual twin temple dedicated to Sobek (crocodile god) and Haroeris (Horus the Elder). Discover ancient surgical instruments in the nearby museum of mummified crocodiles.

Arrive in Aswan, enjoy lunch, and check in at your hotel. Overnight in Aswan.

Day 7 Aswan Sightseeing – High Dam, Obelisk & Philae Temple

After breakfast, start your day with a visit to the Aswan High Dam—an engineering marvel controlling the Nile’s annual flooding.

Next, explore the Unfinished Obelisk in the granite quarries, offering insight into ancient stone-working techniques.

Conclude with the Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis, relocated to Agilkia Island to preserve it from the rising waters of Lake Nasser. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Aswan.

Day 8 Abu Simbel Temples – Fly Back to Cairo

Early morning, enjoy a breakfast box before departing on a private drive to Abu Simbel. These massive rock-cut temples were built by Ramses II and feature four colossal statues guarding the entrance.

Visit the larger temple dedicated to Rahorakhty and the smaller one honoring Ramses and his wife Nefertari. These temples were relocated in a remarkable effort to save them from the flooding caused by the Aswan Dam.

Return to Aswan Airport for your flight to Cairo. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and overnight in Cairo.

Day 9 Day Trip to Alexandria

After breakfast, drive to Alexandria with your guide. Begin your tour at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, a modern tribute to the ancient library that was once the greatest center of learning in the world.

After lunch, visit the Roman Amphitheatre and Pompey’s Pillar—an iconic Roman triumphal column. End your tour with an exterior view of the Qaitbay Citadel, built on the ruins of the ancient Lighthouse of Alexandria.

Drive back to Cairo for an overnight at your hotel.

Day 10 Final Departure

After breakfast, check out of your hotel. Our representative will transfer you to Cairo International Airport for your final departure.
